Avv. Massimo Peluso

Massimo Peluso: founding partner of Studio Peluso Avvocati: graduate in law, practicing lawyer since 1989, lecturer in Commercial and Civil law and expert in “Principles of Private Law and Civil Law” at Federico II University of Naples. In 1992 he founded Studio Peluso Avvocati and since 1997 he has been a court-appointed administrator for companies confiscated during anti-Mafia proceedings. Moreover, he has been enrolled as a litigator in the Supreme Court since 2015. He speaks Italian and Spanish.
He works in our Naples, Milan and Rome offices.

Avv. Marco Peluso

Marco was the firm’s first partner, a collaboration that began more than 20 years ago.
After his law degree in 1997, he passed the bar exam and became a practising lawyer in 2001. Marco is an expert in private law and has written various publications in the area of civil law. He works in our Naples, Milan and Rome offices.

Paola was one of our first partners and has been with the firm for more than 20 years. She received her law degree in 2001. She started working the same year, beginning her long career within the Studio Peluso Avvocati.
She passed the bar exam and became a practising lawyer in 2005.

A collaboration that has lasted for more than 20 years makes Valerio one of the longest working partners of the firm. He has a degree in law and became a practising lawyer in 2009. In 1992 he became legal representative of a joint-stock company, gaining extensive expertise in his fields of specialization.

Gennaro graduated in law cum laude in 2014. In the same year he started his collaboration with Studio Peluso Avvocati, and later passed the bar exam and became a practising lawyer in 2018. His main areas of work include corporate and bankruptcy law, which he practises also as a bankruptcy receiver. He speaks Italian, English and German. He works in our Naples, Rome and Milan offices.

Avv. Rosa Sarno

Rosa has been a partner of the Firm since 2011. A graduate in law, she became a practising lawyer in 2004, earned a second-level master in Legal Professions and and is specialised in ADR procedures. She has been registered in the roll of the Naples Chamber of Arbitration and of the Naples Chamber of Commerce since 2015, and in the roll of the Naples Bar Council of public defenders – in civil proceedings – before the juvenile court since 2018. A lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, she has always been passionate and engaged in her profession. In 2021 she earned a new specialization in “Management of over-indebtedness” and was appointed conciliator in CARECOM CAMPANIA conciliation and settlement proceedings, and in 2022 she became an “Expert negotiator in corporate crises”.
She speaks Italian and English. She works in the “Family” department of our Naples office.

Luca graduated in law cum laude in 2019, after participating in the Erasmus programme at the University of Seville in 2018. The desire to engage in the profession and to expand his knowledge prompted him to do an early internship at Studio Peluso Avvocati while still attending university.
In 2020-2023 he received a PhD scholarship – the highest level of university education worldwide – in Commercial Law at Federico II University of Naples, and in the meantime he passed the bar exam and became a practising lawyer in 2022. He is also a certified FIFA agent since 2023. In addition to serving as the main point of contact for the Milan office, he coordinates all activities relating to sports law.
He speaks Italian, Spanish and English and works in our Milan and Naples offices.

Having graduated in Law in 2025, Andrea is the youngest member of our firm. Very passionate about sports, travelling and music, Andrea joined our firm even before finishing his university studies, driven by a strong desire to get into the game, entering the working world and expanding his knowledge.
Even though he is particularly curious about Commercial, Private, International and Sports Law, his objective is to work in all the areas of the law in order to identify the area to specialize in after earning his master’s degree in law.

Danila was the very first employee of the Peluso Firm: she joined in 1995, only three years after it was founded. Since then, during her almost 30 years of experience, she has witnessed every stage of this journey, contributing from the very beginning to the growth and development of our organization. After completing a university degree in psychopedagogy in 1990, she specialized by attending the training course on the Electronic Processing (Teamsystem s.p.a.) in 2014 and on Legalinvoice Electronic Invoicing (Teamsystem s.p.a) in 2019, and is presently the head of our administration, accounts and electronic processing and invoicing.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish and works in our Naples and Milan offices.
